Joe Delfino
Joe graduated from Fordham University in 1968 with a BA. He then worked for Corporation Trust and Fiduciary Trust Company as an officer in Institutional Investing and Services for five years.
Joe then went on to start a recruiting firm in 1973 using the concept of vertical integration of employment services. Working with partners, Joe built a firm that provided senior level executive search, middle management contingency recruiting, temporary staffing and a recruitment advertising agency.
In 1987, Joe sold the business and moved to Vermont, where he continued in executive search while successfully creating a specialty food business serving restaurants, mail order and supermarket chains.
Joe returned to New York City in 1995 and launched Delfino & Parker with Malcolm Parker.

Malcolm Parker
Malcolm graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA in 1969. He worked for
the New Jersey Department of Justice for 11 years and then spent two years
with Hoffman-LaRoche in Corporate Employee Relations.
Malcolm then spent 12 years with Chase Manhattan Bank in Human Resources. He
began his career at Chase in Employee Relations and then became responsible
for the rapid and successful growth of the Direct Response Business in
Delaware as HR Executive.
In 1985, Malcolm joined Chase's Global Securities Services as the HR
Executive to help build the foremost Global Custody Business. He partnered
with the other business executives to position the business into the world's
largest and highest rated of its kind. In this role, Malcolm was responsible
for both US and overseas HR for the Global Trust, Global Custody and Pension Trust business.
Malcolm performed search work in the financial services arena for 2 years
before partnering with Joe Delfino in 1995.

Charles J Schwenk
Chuck Schwenk is an executive search consultant and has been with the firm since September 1998. Prior to joining the firm; Chuck was a senior Human Resources Executive with extensive management experience in strategic HR planning and consulting with senior line executives, mergers and acquisitions, reengineering and downsizings, executive recruitment and assessment, organizational development, employee relations and training, affirmative action planning and diversity programs.
Chuck has held senior HR positions at First Union National Bank, First Fidelity Bank, Marine Midland (HSBC) and Chase. Chuck's experience includes senior corporate employee positions designing and implementing policies, procedures, programs and managing major employment litigation. He has also run major line HR organizations responsible for thousands of employees in multi state locations. During his corporate career Chuck developed, implemented and managed a variety of successful programs to improve the diversity of the workforce at various companies at which he worked.
Prior to his corporate career, he was an investigator and administrator at the NY State Division of Human Rights. While there he investigated discrimination complaints against major corporations and also conducted compliance reviews. Chuck also had his own Equal Employment Opportunity consulting firm for several years.

Diane Weissman
Diane Weissman is the Director of Research at Delfino & Parker. Diane, a
graduate of Boston University, joined the firm in 2000.
Diane spent five years at ACNielsen, where she held the roles of Account
Associate for a variety of consumer products organizations. In 1999, Diane
was promoted to Group Leader of Customer Development, where she led of team
of 10 in the business development efforts for ACNielsen.
At Delfino & Parker, Diane manages the research efforts against our client
assignments.
